ProPetFences.ca Online Store Shipping Policy (Updated 1/12/2013)

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:

Our customer-friendly shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service selected (Ground, Air, etc.). If your order is shipped in multiple boxes or separate shipments the total shipping and handling charges are not affected but are prorated across each box or shipment based on the percent of the total order value that each box or shipment represents.

You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charge would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping postal code using our shipment estimator.

 

What shipping method does ProPetFences.ca use?

ProPetFences.ca uses Canada Post and UPS as our primary carriers. They provide fast and reliable service. Pro Pet Fences reserves the right to switch to an alternate carrier without notification to ensure delivery occurs in a timely fashion.

 

What is free shipping?

ProPetFences.ca will not charge the customer for any shipping costs. We reserve the right to use any of our shipping carriers for this free service. The carrier selected for free shipping will be shown during check out.

 

Where does ProPetFences.ca ship from?

ProPetFences.ca ships from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. In addition, we have a network of suppliers which can drop ship special items to you directly.

 

Where does ProPetFences.ca ship to?

ProPetFences.ca ships to addresses in Canada only. Some products can only be shipped within an authorized resale territory (such as DogWatch branded outdoor hidden fences). For these restricted products, we will validate your postal code prior to processing your order to ensure we abide by manufacturer resale guidelines. Please read the product description to highlight any shipping restrictions.

 

When will I get my package?

PROCESSING TIME:

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department and item is processed for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse.

 

TRANSIT TIME:

Canada Post: 2 - 8 Business Days

UPS: 1 - 4 Business Days

 

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

 

Do I have to sign for my package?

For security reasons, shipments may require a signature at the receiving location.
